How about this for a cute way to save your pennies? I found it on eBay recently and am very taken with the colours and illustrations.

Lark said...: Thanks girls! It's called a 'Budget Tin'. This one was made in Australia by Willow in the 1960s (I imagine), and they are still easily available. There are three or four on eBay Australia at the moment!
