Lark has come over all 'British' recently, and we have added this wonderful tea towel to our range of products. It's based on a vintage WWII government poster that I have above my desk. I believe the original poster was never released as it was intended to only be issued if Britain was invaded, and it was largely forgotten about it turned up recently at a second-hand bookshop in the North of England.

I think it makes a marvellous tea towel and I will be giving one to my mum and all my friends (hey, everyone needs this kind of advice, me especially!). If you like it, you can place an order via our website here (Australian people) or here (people outside Australia).

Sensible advice for everyone! I saw some great posters in the Imperial War Museum recently, including one that warned young men not to get too friendly with exotic looking women in case they turned out to be spies. There are lots in their online collection, if you're interested.

I'm sure I need another tea-towel too!

It's a fabulous tea towel. I have the poster too. It's my mantra, I chant it all day long!

Not sure if you got my email cos my email account is playing up something rotten but yes, I am more than happy to fulfil your request so please order away Allison, in fact I may order another footstool for the bar. x
