Tasty

Yesterday morning was the local farmer's market, which is always good for some interesting veggies!

Later we went to the Booktown Festival in Clunes which was great, we go every year.

At the CFA store (5 books for $1) I picked up some old classics from my childhood, including a set of Mrs. Pepperpot paperbacks and some Astrid Lindgren books, as well as a Tufty annual. My older son stocked up on Morris Gleitzman and Dav Pilkey. My younger son saw his first ever Punch and Judy show and was entranced, he found the whole thing hilarious - I think his British genes are especially strong!

We wandered about in Clunes looking at the bookshops and vintage shops. I picked up this batch of fabrics, trim and buttons for $6 at a place that was stuffed to the rafters with vintage clothes and haberdashery. Clunes, how I love you!

I also found something very special that I will tell you about next week - this photo is just a clue!
