This is where I live! Daylesford Commercial

The new advertising campaign for Tourism Victoria, starring Daylesford. Not quite what it's like to live here day-to-day, but a stunning commercial I think! Doesn't Isabel Lucas look gorgeous? We are lucky to live in this beautiful place and I for one am grateful that we receive so many visitors as it brings a lot of diversity to the town.

I saw the ad the other day and thought of your blog. It's not quite how I remembered Daylesford either but that's TV I suppose!

Oh c'mon , surely you are always popping into the lake in the midle of the night with a spunky young man !!!
Can you imagine the temperature???

What do you mean Jodie? We do this all the time! Actually, the lake is super-dangerous - if anyone comes to Daylesford, don't attempt this!

I just saw this ad on SBS in Brisbane tonight - I was thinking the whole way through what a totally sensual and sexy is this, what is it for? Ahhh, Daylesford - the sexy and sensual destination of course! I'm actually a Victorian, made me want to jump on a plane and head south I tell you.

Gorgeous senuous ad...but what's with the whole American deep south evangelical let's get baptised vibe??? I guess it means you get reborn in Daylesford..mmmm.Still, it all looks gorgeous and enticing :)

I thought the evangelical baptism thing worked really well. Exceptionally well crafted, moving and inspiring. You live in a beautiful place, it seems.

Really, you don't dunk yourself in the river fully clothed Allison?? Pretty ad, beautiful scenes. Julie from Handmade Canberra's UpMarket told me about some amazing pathway lit with various table lamps - sweet idea!! Love Posie
