WeightWatchers Update

A great meeting tonight - I have now lost the grand total of 11 kilos. Yay! I am nearly half way to my ideal weight. I'll have to be careful this week though as I have three social events happening, December is a really difficult time to eat super-healthily, I think. If you are also trying to lose weight, good luck and keep up the good work, it's not easy!

Congratulations! It's so much easier to put on weight than lose it. I'm not doing weight watchers but something similar - also halfway there but keeping motivated to lose the other half is very tricky! Especially when there's so much yummy food around! Good luck and remember there's always celery :)!

NICE ONE SISTER! That is stacks of weight, your clothes must be falling off you now. Your mind set would be different now so you will have no worries about the social occasions - and if you're concerned just go for a nice walk with your kids and 'Jimmy' before you head out to the party.. Well done. that is really ace. Peta

Congratulations! Now, a tip - I am certain that raw chocolate is great for weight loss. Its super-good for you, being packed with antioxidants, and you just never ever want more than one or two squares at a time. Honest! Loving Earth do a lovely selection of flavours, as do a company based in Qld whose name I forget - check out the health food shop if you're a choc-fan.
