Come visit this weekend!

Yes, it's going to be another glorious weekend in Daylesford. The weather forecast is saying 29 and sunny. Saturday sees the return of the Daylesford Makers Market, of which I am one of the organisers. It's the first market of the year. We're squeezing in well over 30 stalls, including some really talented local makers you wont have seen before, some of your favourite craft bloggers and some ace Melbourne girls - here's a sneak preview.

And of course craft isn't the only thing going on in yummy Daylesford. Saturday is also the monthly farmers market in town, where you can find great regional producers, growers and bakers. And on Sunday the Lake House plays host to the annual Regional Producers Day, when dozens of the best Victorian food producers will get together in a gorgeous venue, with music, workshops and tastings all day.

Hoping to see you on Saturday. I'll be running between the Lark Shop and the market but I'll be around all day enjoying the sunshine, craft and yumminess!

I am so delighted to have read your last post about hating routines, boring chit chat at school gates, getting up in the morning etc; I also hated school enforced social life and routines!! I guess that's what makes artists different! I also love having my kids at home and having time to just be! I'm so encouraged by your post because I feel like someone in the world understands what I mean and that's great. Thanks for that and I'm wishing you a "soft" entry into the "new year".Summer for you is not over yet!!

Looks gorgeous - all the best for Sunday. I have family in Woodend so I'm hoping to get to one of the makers markets this year.
