Fifteen

Yay - it was Weight Watchers night tonight. Had a very social week and no exercise as Jess and I just couldn't get it together to meet up for our walks, but somehow I still lost 1.2 kilos, which takes me over my 15% weight loss goal!!! Woo hooo! Next week there is no meeting, and also it is my birthday, Paul's birthday and our anniversary, so we'll see what happens...

Well done. Keep up the good work. It is inspiring to hear of people on the other side of the country trying to improve their health. I must do it too!

Congrats Alison. I am doing ww too - a lifetime member just back into it to get rid of 5-10 kilos. It works for me and I find going to the meetings keeps me focused and on track.
Keep it up, it feels good to feel good.

Anyways, there's bound to have a lot of ppl out there doing those dirty thing. I hope you are feeling a lot better no matter what you chose to do with them...X

Go you! That is fabulous! Why don't you think about planning something active to do together ;) and then a healthy meal. Even if it is out and made for you?
